NQF Workbook *only $22 plus postage*
Gowrie SA is pleased to announce the national release of this new National Quality Framework (NQF) Workbook developed to support education and care services across Australia transitioning to the National Quality Framework.
The NQF Workbook is a practical guide for education and care services including Long Day Care, Preschool, Outside School Hours Care and Family Day care that uses an action plan approach to lead the transition to the NQF. It is presented as a 103 page spiral bound workbook that enables services to plan for, lead and work through the implementation of changes. It explores leading change, including pedagogical leadership, documentation for quality assurance, risk analysis and it supports the initial development of a Quality Improvement Plan.
There are activities throughout the workbook to involve educators in implementing changes with spaces to record notes, actions and follow up required. There is an opportunity to develop a comprehensive action plan using the template supplied that systematically progresses through each section of the NQF Workbook which can be linked with the service's Quality Improvement Plan.
