Responding to Abuse & Neglect Registrations - (previously known as 'Mandated Notification' please note these session fill quickly, we will contact you should the selected course no longer be available. If you are unable to find a suitable date, don't forget that you can register to complete a refresher course via a 3 hour online component (child safe environments version only). Contact the Gowrie Training Centre for more information.

Please note you will be sent an invoice which must be paid at least 5 working days prior to the session or you may not receive a certificate of attendance. You are not guaranteed a place in the selected course as sessions may already be full. If this is the case we will contact you with alternative course dates. Upon submitting your online registration you are bound to the cancellation policy which you must read and agree to before submitting the form.

Cancellation Policy Once you submit your registration, you

are confirming you agreement with the Gowrie Training Centre's Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel from a course, you must provide 7-days notice prior to the course date. A refund will then be sent to you or you can transfer your credit to a later course. Cancellations without 7-days notice, or failing to attend a course for which you have registered, will result in no refund or credit being available. If you provide a medical certificate a credit may be available.
