This session was facilitated by Margy Whalley, founding head of the Pen Green Children’s Centre in Corby, England. Participants will have the opportunity to listen to Margy’s theories for effective leadership including insights from research, policy development, professional development and practice.
A Serious Need for Play – Exploring the role of play in working towards EYLF outcomes

This forum will explore the role of play in working towards the outcomes in the Early Years Learning Framework. There will be a number of specialist presenters delivering sessions throughout the day, including Sandra Cheeseman from the Macquarie University and a member of the EYLF writing team.
