The Gowrie Training Centre provides a number of leadership workshops including:

Leading with Impact: Fundamental theory and practice for inspiriational leadership - This advanced leadership course provides an enhanced capacity to observe, reflect and understand the nature of effective leadership in children’s services settings and a range of organisational contexts. You will examine leadership dynamics and change management concepts within an children’s services context. This course includes self study between sessions with case studies, critical questions, analysis and reflection on practice specific to your workplace. Leadership Capacity Building - Leadership capacity building is an innovative series of workshops addressing critical leadership and management issues.
